Laila was born and raised in Edson, Alberta. In 2008, inspired by her retiring nail technician, she decided to pursue a career in the nail industry. After completing her basic training, she purchased her nail technicians supplies and began her journey in the nail industry.

Since then, Laila has remained committed to growing her skills and artistry. She has taken numerous advanced courses to build on her foundation and continually evolve in the industry. Around 2019, after trying a complimentary trial kit, she transitioned to using Amore products—a decision that further elevated her work and passion for the craft.

Laila is deeply passionate about education and embraces every opportunity to learn. She values being part of a supportive, inspiring community while working with high-quality products. Becoming an Ambassador for such an incredible brand is an honor she holds close, and she is proud to stand alongside so many talented artists.

Outside of her work as a nail technician, Laila enjoys running her candle business, visiting her two grandsons in Nanaimo, and spending quality time with her family and dogs in Grande Prairie. She also looks forward to relaxing moments spent camping, enjoying campfires, and soaking up river days.
